If your pet has been diagnosed with any orthopedic problem, Hunt Valley Animal Hospital can help.  With our digital radiography system we are able to accurately pinpoint the bone or joint involved.  In addition, we have the services of board certified radiologists to further diagnose the problem if necessary.

When surgery is deemed necessary to fix your pet's problem, Dr. Ron Fallon is called in.  Dr. Fallon is an ambulatory surgeon who has been performing surgery at Hunt Valley Animal Hospital for many years.  Your pet does not have to travel to a specialty practice, rather can have his/her surgery performed in the hospital and with the staff you have already entrusted with you pet's care.

The most common surgery that Dr. Fallon performs at Hunt Valley Animal Hospital is repair of cranial cruciate ligament rupture (ACL tear).  However, he also routinely repairs bone fractures and luxating patellas, performs total hip replacements and numerous soft tissue procedures.  Hunt Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Fallon take great pride in our advanced surgical equipment and techniques and aggressive pain management strategies.
